Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technical projects involving MS Dynamics AX.
  • Provide deep technical support for AX 2009 and AX 2012 environments.
  • Manage enterprise database and application support operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues.
  • Support enhancements and performance optimization.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
