Responsibilities 职责:

  • Ensure that all aspects of the reliability plan are being followed adhering to the 4 core principles including preventive maintenace, equipment repair according to their capabilities including root cause analysis.
  • Proactively address reliability issues together with Process Expert /Material Mover
  • Maintain daily activity in the process in line with the four manufacturing core principles.
  • Demonstrate support to 4 core principles and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in SQRE plan.
  • Outline activities in the unit Stewardship and Reliability and quality plans.
  • Document in SOP’s, rounds, checklist, etc.
