Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Handle niche and critical hiring requirements across technical and non-technical roles
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
