Senior Associate, Recruitment Services

Purpose of Position 

The Senior Associate Recruiter is a member of the Recruitment Services Team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for contributing to successful contract and permanent placements by working with candidates in all stages of the recruitment cycle and Elby’s recruiting process.  The Associate Recruiter works directly with clients and their positive attitude and friendly demeanor works to create a positive candidate experience.

• Managing search assignments with clients from start to finish which includes:  

• Presenting candidate profiles to clients providing detailed explanations as to why the candidates were selected
