  • Philippine Bar Examination Passer
  • Interested to build a career in the Tax and Legal services
  • Experience in litigation work is a plus
  • Can collaborate and work with a virtual team
  • Willing to go on fieldwork, as necessary



Responsibilities:



As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants and industry experts to address and resolve our clients' complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Provide expert legal advice on issues related to tax law, corporate governance, and financial regulations, among others.
