Clyde & Co Canada is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer specializing in insurance coverage in Western Canada. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work while engaging with complex coverage matters and advising insurer clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will have a pivotal role in advising clients on various insurance policies, including professional indemnity and cyber product liability. With five to seven years of experience, you will review coverage matters, conduct disputes, and coordinate with defense counsel. Your insights will be critical in maintaining relationships with insurers and managing legal strategies.
