Senior Associate, External Workforce

What you will do

The Senior Associate, External Workforce is responsible for managing Amgen s External Workforce Program in partnership with Master Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring adherence to internal policies and local labor and tax regulations. The role includes supporting the Vendor Management System (VMS) and driving initiatives to improve workforce operations and compliance. This individual will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting global projects that enhance workforce engagement and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a compliance gatekeeper for the External Workforce Policy.
• Oversee day-to-day MSP operations aligned with contract SLAs and KPIs.
