Senior Associate, Discovery & Analytics

Responsibilities

• The Senior Associate will work as part of the Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice, bridging the gap between Associates and Managers. This role involves the ability to assist the team with analytical, financial, and operational tasks, while also taking on leadership responsibilities and providing technical expertise in support of a growing practice.
• Create and maintain financial and business metrics reports and scorecards.
• Integrate data from multiple reporting systems and provide business analysis based on data.
• Gather business requirements and prepare documentation of processes, required functionality, implementation approach, and testing scenarios.
• Work with technical teams through project lifecycle.
• Utilize SQL, Python, Excel and PowerBI to treat and to provide pictorial explanations to present data.
• Communicate regularly with managers to inform of progress of work.
