Senior Associate, Compensation Advisory
The Senior Associate, Compensation Advisory is responsible for providing clear, data‑driven, and strategic compensation advice. This role also delivers compensation processes and programs, including the development and maintenance of tools and templates, participation in market intelligence activities, and compensation modeling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and talent acquisition to provide clear, data‑driven, strategic compensation advice.
- Deliver enterprise‑wide variable compensation forecasting, analysis and annual business planning.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on all incentive‑related audit inquiries for financial statement preparation.
- Participate in the delivery of annual compensation activities for a specific business unit, e.g., merit cycle, compensation target reviews and year‑end award decisioning.
