Responsibilities- Timely triaging, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions to ensure seamless change execution
- Provide end-to-end operational support for 24x7 applications across various environments
- Conduct real-time validation of application health and connection availability
- Promptly address monitoring alerts and resolve user issues, both technical and functional
