Key Responsibilities Financial & Administrative Governance
  • Process Oversight: Supervise and streamline end-to-end departmental administrative workflows, including procurement, vendor billings, and payment tracking.
  • Performance Tracking: Lead data consolidation efforts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage critical reporting timelines for the management team.
  • Office Management: Structure and maintain departmental shared data, digital asset registries, information folders, and minor IT equipment inventories.
Technical Document Control & Quality Assurance
  • Records Gateway: Conduct stringent quality control checks on all incoming structural handover data, Operation Maintenance Manuals (OMMs), and As-built blueprints received from project teams.
