**工作职责：**
1、能够从事所在工作区域内的任何工作
2、培训新员工以满足岗位要求
3、协助组织调配班内人员的日常工作，监控所辖车间的生产、质量，确保每个岗位处于合理、有序的生产状态
4、通过物料、工艺、人员和设备的协调，确保每班产量和质量达到既定要求
5、协调工位间和区域间的工作，能给予及时正确地指示，协助管理本班员工和纪律维持
6、按要求完成每班的日常5S和TPM工作，并确保所在区域5S和TPM的维持
7、及时与班组员工之间进行沟通，能以正面导向，及时将公司的一些信息和上级的指示进行传递
8、全面并正确地进行与下一个班交接，参加班前会议或班后会议
9、通过在职培训帮助培训新的团队成员以达到岗位技能要求
10、有需要时要去填补其他领班或...
