Our client is looking for an individual with experience completing Architectural designs and details for the commercial retail sector. They are looking for an individual with experience using Revit and AutoCad to complete the following…

  • Preparation of the design layouts for new builds, fit outs, renovations, expansions, rebuilds etc. of projects in accordance with client specifications and brand requirements

  • Using Revit to complete comprehensive technical drawings ensuring client standards are maintained

  • Support application processes for all planning and permit approvals

  • Attending meetings with the client

  • Overseeing all phases from build permit set through to clean out

  • Oversee contract administration

  • Support project proposal team by providing technical information
