Senior Architectural Technician

Leading Designer requires an accomplished Architectural Technician/Designer to join their successful team

Working on a portfolio of high-end commercial and residential projects, you will be providing the technical knowledge and skill to ensure that buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards.

You will be involved in projects from inception, through to planning, documentation and to site and handover ensuring that all aspects of the client brief are met and that projects meet client expectations. You will be providing design and construction input in all aspects of projects, taking the lead where necessary or just providing expert advice.

To be considered for this role you will:

• be an accomplished Architectural Designer or Technician with a minimum of 6 years’ experience
• have a through understanding of current NZ building regulations and codes
