Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Philippines time)
Compensation: $3,500 – $5,000 USD per month (based on experience and fit)

Overview

The Senior Architectural Drafter produces permit‑ready and construction‑ready drawing sets for a wide range of residential outdoor living projects. Partnering with design and construction teams, this role translates conceptual designs into detailed, code‑compliant technical drawings that streamline permitting and support efficient field execution.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare complete, accurate construction documents in Revit for assigned projects
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings for structures including (but not limited to):
