Job Responsibilities
- Check and coordinate the shop drawings produced by drafting team as well as sub-contractors.
- Attend technical meeting with Consultants, to monitor approval of shop drawings from Consultants.
- Prepare and monitor RFA/RFI/RAM issued.
- Liaise with Sub-contractors on technical issues for timely approval of shop drawings.
- Monitor progress of site work in relation to the shop drawing schedule.
- Conduct regular site check to ensure work that works on site is executed in accordance to approved drawings and to check critical dimension indicated in the drawings.
- Ensure that details/material proposed are within the contract provision/specifications.
- Compile material/sample/catalogues for submission to consultants in relation to procurement schedule.
- Resolve site problems on detailing.
- Obtain relevant document/waivers from consultant with regards to authorities' requirements...
