Senior Architect

Overview

My client is a London-based architecture and interiors studio specialising in beautifully crafted, sustainable renovations and extensions to heritage homes across London. We are seeking a senior architect on a flexible three- or four‑day‑per‑week basis, working remotely or from the studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead private residential projects across all RIBA stages
• Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
• Coordinate clients, consultants and contractors
• Design interiors and produce visuals
• Administer JCT contracts and oversee projects on site

Qualifications

Experienced architect with strong UK residential experience, particularly heritage and conservation projects.
