Senior Architect

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale developments from initial feasibility and concept design through to construction and completion. Review and validate all project deliverables, including concept drawings, technical specifications, building contract documentation and contract administration. Act as the primary liaison for clients and consultants, leading meetings to ensure all project objectives are achieved. Resolve technical and design-related issues efficiently during project execution Able to handle Authorities submissions and Contract Administration independently and advice client professionally during project implementation. Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule.
Job Requirements:
