Scope of Work

• Lead architectural design development from concept to Good for Construction (GFC) stage

• Develop creative, innovative, and context-sensitive design solutions aligned with project brief

• Prepare and thoroughly review detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, façade details, and execution drawings

• Ensure high level of detailing accuracy and design consistency in all drawings

• Oversee presentation drawings, 3D views, and client presentation materials with strong visual clarity

• Effectively utilize design software and AI tools for concept generation, visualization, presentation enhancement, and documentation efficiency

• Coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Conduct client meetings, explain design concepts confidently, and manage revisions
