Job Description- Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities-


Manage end-to-end architectural design and planning in coordination with Principal architect and all other consultants including Structure, MEP, Landscape etc.
Review design concepts, working drawings, and project documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery maintaining the design parameters.
Provide necessary support to the relevant team for statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and liasoning with relevant authorities.
Ability to provide necessary support to the Sales-Marketing and legal team on architectural perspective.
Monitor and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and design intent.


Requirements


Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
