We are hiring a serious, execution‑focused Senior Architect with 3–5 years of experience.

What You Will Do
- Independently handle projects from concept to GFC
- Take ownership of timelines and deliverables
- Conduct client meetings confidently
- Prepare detailed working drawings (not just layouts)
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors and site teams
- Manage juniors and draftsmen
Mandatory Requirements
- B.Arch with minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (architecture/interiors)
- Strong technical drawing skills (AutoCAD is non‑negotiable)
- Proficient in SketchUp modelling.
- Practical site understanding
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High accountability and response discipline
