Job Description
We are hiring a serious, execution‑focused Senior Architect with 3–5 years of experience.

What You Will Do
• Independently handle projects from concept to GFC
• Take ownership of timelines and deliverables
• Conduct client meetings confidently
• Prepare detailed working drawings (not just layouts)
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and site teams
• Manage juniors and draftsmen
Mandatory Requirements
• B.Arch with minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (architecture/interiors)
• Strong technical drawing skills (AutoCAD is non‑negotiable)
• Proficient in SketchUp modelling.
• Practical site understanding
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High accountability and response discipline
