Senior Architect

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Senior Architect to join our technical team in newly awarded High Rise Tower Project in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions.
• Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.
• Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
• Coordinating with MEP requirements.
• Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval.
• Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion.
