Key Responsibilities
Design Management & Coordination

  • Lead the overall design management for all ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Manage and coordinate with external design consultants, architects, and engineers.

  • Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and technical submissions.

  • Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.

Consultant Deliverables Review

  • Review all consultant deliverables including concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC packages.

  • Ensure design quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

  • Identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks in design submissions and initiate corrective actions.
