This role is for someone who:
- Actively writes production-grade code
- Designs and owns the complete application architecture
- Identifies gaps, bottlenecks, and risks—and solves them proactively
- Takes ownership of application performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability
- Thinks beyond features and focuses on system health and long-term impact
Tech Skills We’re Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Node.Js, Ruby
- Full-stack development expertise
- Experience working with Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and monitoring
