Senior Application support Engineer

Summary:
This role will be part of D&T– Supply & Procurement. This candidate will be responsible for delivering BAU support for Coupa and help drive efficiency in our STP & Procurement operations aligned with the priorities of the business.


Role Responsibilities:

Become the domain guide from a process and system perspective within STP & Procurement.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Application Architects, Software Engineers, Program Managers, and Operations teams to resolve issues.

Implement Agile principles, frameworks (, Scrum, Kanban), and software development methodologies and responsible for handling the Product Backlog (work items list) and improving the value of the product (Coupa)

Prepare functional/technical Spec documentation and lead localization/functional configuration, testing and cutover for each implementation.
