Senior Application Support Analyst (SQL and Azure)

Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These cloud-based solutions will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit. We are seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona.

How you will make an impact

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
• Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
• Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
• Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas.
