Key Responsibilities
Application and Business Support - Hands-On
Lead incident resolution efforts, working closely with development, infrastructure, and cloud engineering teams.
Provide support for critical business applications, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and automation to reduce recurring issues.
Provide end-to-end technical and functional support for trading applications.eg: Endur, Trayport
Ensure high system availability and rapid incident resolution for front-office users (traders, risk analysts, operations, and schedulers).
Manage and resolve L2/L3 application incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in line with SLAs.
Liaise with business users, developers, infrastructure, and vendors to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
