Senior Application Specialist - Technical Services

Reporting to the Project Manager – Rental & Safety Services, the Senior Application Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity across our Balcatta office in Perth, WA and the field. This role supports our Rental & Safety Services (RSS) operations through a mix of on-site service and project delivery, technical support, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and deliver RSS field operations and projects to ensure high-quality service outcomes;
• Represent the team in client strategy and planning discussions as required;
• Provide comprehensive documentation, including performance records, cost analysis, and project progress for KPI tracking and improvement opportunities;
