Work as part of a project team, reporting to an IT Manager, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with client standards and strategic architecture
Define and manage non-functional requirements, working with others to ensure these are consistently met
Break down development tasks, estimate effort accurately, and ensure implementation stays aligned with architectural goals and quality standards
Identify and own technical project risks and issues, including driving mitigation and resolution
