Job Description

What’s the Role:

As a hands-on Appian Engineer, you’ll use your skills in building, designing, maintaining, and testing, for the development of our technology used by the Digital Consumer Finance technology team. You will also engage with various stakeholders and become an expert in your domain whilst supporting the broader engineering community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Appian workflows and solutions 
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with Appian best practices 
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership to developers, ensuring high‑quality delivery 
• Own end‑to‑end application performance, optimisation, and troubleshooting
