Convergys in Singapore seeks a Sr. Specialist, Customer Acquisition - API (Korean Speaker) to own inbound API opportunities over $25K, guiding deals end-to-end in a consumption model.

You will engage both business and technical stakeholders to shape AI adoption strategies. With 4+ years in SaaS/API sales, you will qualify and prioritize opportunities, coordinate with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams, and drive pricing discussions to realize long-term value for customers.
