Job Description

  • Own antenna/array designs from topology selection and modeling to prototyping, tuning, chamber validation, and release to production.
  • Translate system-level targets (coverage, link budget, EIRP/ERP limits, form-factor/cost) into antenna specifications.
  • Build parametric EM models and correlate simulation to measurement; maintain analysis scripts and golden test procedures.
  • Partner with ME/EE/NPI to drive manufacturability, yield, and root-cause investigations.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EM/RF focus); MSc/PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years end-to-end antenna design (concept EM simulation prototype validation manufacturing handoff).
  • Hands-on experience with two or more: patch arrays, horn arrays, parabolic reflectors, dipole/monopole arrays.
  • Proficiency with full-wave EM solvers (CST preferred; HFSS/FEKO or similar acceptable).
