This opportunity

As our Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst you will play a critical role within the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. You will be responsible for developing and optimising CLM data and insights to support the delivery of TPG Telecom Limited’s commercial strategy through the effective management of the TPG customer base.

This position uses a proactive approach to demonstrate the value of analytics and insights to inform business decision-making, achieve commercial targets and identify growth opportunities, while strengthening customer relationship and growing life time value.
