ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building our first centralized data warehouse and we need someone who can turn raw operational data into trusted, well-modeled datasets that drive decisions. You own the bottom half of the stack: designing the dimensional model (star schema with dimensions and fact tables), building the semantic/business logic layer (calculated measures, KPI definitions, row-level security), and partnering with our Power BI Specialist to deliver dashboards that operations, finance, and leadership actually use. You are the bridge between the data the warehouse architect delivers and the insights the business consumes. This means you spend real time with route managers, technicians, and the CFO to understand what questions matter — then model the data to answer them.
