Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE
We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data team. You will be a technical leader, focused on building a reliable, governed, and high-impact dbt analytics layer.
As a member of the Data team, your primary focus will be to combine raw information from different sources to create consistent and consumption-ready formats. More specifically, you will need to construct and test architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design new and own the end-to-end analytics layer and establish data governance standards (data tests, data quality and semantic layers).
Define and enforce high modeling standards and best practices for dbt and source control workflows.
Convert complex, ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable metrics and models.
Partner with business stakeholders to align data delivery with strategic objectives and present technical work clearly.
