Key Responsibilities
- Metric Identification Definition : Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify critical chatbot performance metrics, both operational (e.g., response time, accuracy, escalation rates) and usage-related (e.g., user interactions, retention, satisfaction).
- Data Collection Analysis : Develop and implement strategies to collect data on chatbot usage and operational performance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Reporting Dashboards : Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders to monitor chatbot performance. Provide actionable insights through data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Trend Analysis Optimization : Analyze chatbot usage patterns, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
