Labour Relations Specialist

Work Location: Montreal Headquarters. Reports to: Vice President, Human Resources. Administer the organisation’s labour relations and human resources programs.

  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
  • Administer benefit and employment equity programmes.
  • Co‑ordinate employment equity initiatives.
