As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be at the centre of shaping how Nationwide prices and manages its personal loans and credit cards, helping to support over £4.5bn of unsecured lending for our members. You’ll work with complex, high‑volume datasets to uncover the real story behind performance, identifying trends and providing clear, actionable insight. Your ability to interpret changing customer behaviours, understand commercial impact and communicate compelling narratives to senior stakeholders will make you a trusted voice in a fast‑moving environment.

Success in this role calls for a naturally curious, self‑motivated thinker with strong analytical capability, experience working with large datasets and the ability to code using tools such as SAS or similar.
