What You'll Do
The purpose of this position is to drive all supplier-related metrics, most importantly cost-out, maintains supplier relationships and leads the development of category strategies with the support and alignment of Category Managers from the Global Procurement Organization.The role also supports resolution of shortages at various Eaton EMEA sites.Collaborate with other functions (operations, quality, logistics, engineering) for resourcing and rationalization. Total alignment of Sourcing strategy with Category leads of respective commodity. Prime focus is to facilitate effecient and effective sourcing while driving other supplier and supply chain related KPIs.
