Job Description for SA: 

• Knowledge of LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System. • Coordinate & assist in routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure & BMS equipments / activities • Facility upkeep & inventory management for electromechanical consumables • Day to day technical infrastructure operations which includes &/but is not limited to… o Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects and renovations. o Performs key role in the oversight of Electrical & HVAC maintenance and building operations (Facility upkeep, coordinate repairs & maintenance, UPS & PAC monitoring, Checking & monitoring CCTV and Access control system functionality, Data Center upkeep, Vendor & AMC Management, Documentation & reporting, Develop & carry out Preventive maintenance as per schedule) • Liaison with Building authorities, AMC vendors & other service providers to monitor and coordinate during outages & upkeep of Infrastructure Services • Good knowledge...
