Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual Form & Binder Filings for assigned states and regions.
- Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings.
- Build and support successful relationships with regulatory bodies, including state insurance regulators and federal insurance regulators (CMS, CCIIO, etc.).
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned states and contribute to internal procedural guides.
- Track and share filing objections received and guide overall resolution with impacted teams.
- Develop sustainable processes to simplify team outputs while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
- 1+ years of SERFF experience.
- 1+ years of HIOS experience.
