This role is responsible for the execution and management of all operational activities within the private deal approval process, deal execution/settlement, and full lifecycle management (including IPO, restriction tracking, corporate actions, & liquidity events). The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a non-negotiable background in Private Equity and Asset Management.
