Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding and end-to-end management of the process
Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring
Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics
Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses
Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation
