Senior Analyst, FP&A-English

As Senior Analyst, FP&A, reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will support FP&A activities for both the General Counsel, Compliance, Risk (GCCR) and People organizations, with a focus on operating expenses, headcount planning, and month end consolidation, while also supporting the financial analysis, tracking, and reporting of business cases and strategic initiatives within these functions. This is a hands‑on analytical role, ideal for someone looking to deepen expertise in cost FP&A and enterprise headcount management in a global environment.

What You’ll Do

Cost & Headcount Analysis

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for GCCR and People function costs
• Track and reconcile headcount, compensation, and benefits against plan
