Senior Analyst, Digital Distribution Solution

Position Objective:

According to the business changes and needs, provide a proper system functional solution by assessing and analyzing those changes, capture and document requirements as functional specification/user stories, support the communication and delivery of these requirements with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training while needed.

Produce BRD (business requirement document) for project at small scale, lead user interface (UI) design, write testing plan and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement is meeting business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives.
• Designing the system's functional solution and providing its delivery cost.
• Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specifications, user stories and user manual, etc.
• Support communication within business parties and development team.
