Position Purpose

Supporting evidence‑based decision‑making and the University of Ottawa’s strategic priorities, the incumbent manages and optimizes the CRM platform and its data. The role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, governance, and system effectiveness, while analyzing and interpreting CRM data to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning, operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
