Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, data acquisition, integration, and delivery of external clinical trial data across assigned studies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely collection and transfer of external data.
  • Review study protocols, vendor specifications, and data transfer requirements to support study setup.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Data Transfer Specifications (DTS) in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor external data transfers and ensure data quality, completeness, and compliance with study timelines.
  • Support reconciliation activities between EDC and external vendor systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Track reconciliation discrepancies and collaborate with study teams and vendors for timely resolution.
  • Work closely with Clinical Data Management.
