Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 2 years of progressive compensation experience.
+ Experience with compensation modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and market pricing.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Vlookups, and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
+ Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
