  • Client Relationship Management 

    Working as part of the team, you are responsible for day-to-day servicing to a portfoliooflargecorporateandinternationalclientsandensuringtimelydeliveryofhigh- quality service

  • Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of endorsements, certificates, invoices and policy documents.

  • Monitor service levels and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively.

  • Understand client’s business and risk management needs and support Team Lead to look for solutions including cross-selling across all products.

  • Strategic Support

  • Assist in developing client strategies and proposals

  • Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities for expanding services

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain client data files, service records and meeting minutes in accordance with Willis Excel...
